Lucia E. Perpina, Esq. is passionate and dedicated to working with and representing children with disabilities and their families. She is the mother of a young son with Asperger’s Syndrome and together they advocate for inclusion and acceptance of youth with disabilities in school and extracurricular activities. Her personal experience helps her to understand the needs and goals of the parents and families who are similarly situated and need legal representation to forward the objectives best suited for their special needs or disabled child.
Lucia will assist you in the process for your child’s Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), in Mediation or Due Process Hearings. She will also advocate for your child in any situation, including bullying issues.
